S01: Experienced Dev

Identifies tokens from experienced developers using multi-stage filtering and scoring

Overview

The S01 "Experienced Dev" scanner evaluates Solana tokens by analyzing the track record of their creator. It looks for developers who have previously launched tokens that successfully migrated, maintained healthy success ratios, and invested meaningful resources — all indicators of a serious, experienced developer rather than a rug-puller.

Tokens must pass through multiple sequential gates before being scored across weighted categories. The final score determines a GREEN, YELLOW, or RED grade.

Gates

Gates are fast, sequential boolean checks. If a token fails any gate, it is immediately skipped with no score calculated. Gates are ordered from cheapest to most expensive to check.

1

Platform Check

Filters tokens based on the launchpad platform they originated from.

2

Creator Experience

Creator must have a proven track record of launching tokens. First-time creators are skipped.

3

Token Freshness

Token must be within an optimal age range — not too new (potential bots) and not too old (stale opportunities).

4

Social Presence

Token must have established social media presence. Projects without any social footprint are considered higher risk.

5

Success Ratio

Creator's success ratio must meet a configurable minimum threshold. This measures what percentage of the developer's tokens performed well.

6

Investment Level

Creator must have invested a meaningful amount of resources. This gate can be bypassed for creators with an exceptional track record.

Scoring Categories

Tokens that pass all gates are scored across multiple weighted categories. Each category evaluates a different aspect of the token and its creator.

Creator History

Highest Weight

Evaluates the developer's track record — success ratio, volume of successful launches, and total resources invested.

Market Momentum

High Weight

Real-time market performance using time-series data — market cap growth, buy/sell pressure, and historical performance of the developer's past tokens.

Social Presence

Medium Weight

Evaluates the project's social media footprint — Twitter/X presence, multi-platform coverage, and overall legitimacy signals.

Token Profile

Medium Weight

Evaluates the token's own characteristics — age optimization, community signals, exchange listings, and security features.

Risk Analysis

Penalties

Negative scoring for risk indicators — wash trading, bundler activity, holder concentration, sniper presence, and suspicious wallet patterns. These are subtracted from the total score.

Grading

The final score is converted into a grade based on configurable thresholds.

GREEN

High confidence. Strong creator history, positive momentum, solid profile.

YELLOW

Moderate confidence. Some positive signals but missing key indicators.

RED

Low confidence. Weak creator history, risk flags, or insufficient data.

Configuration

All S01 parameters are fully configurable — gate thresholds, scoring weights, grade boundaries, and momentum analysis window. Adjust them to match your trading strategy via the configuration file.

Tip: Start with the default settings and adjust gradually based on the tokens you're seeing. The grade thresholds are the most impactful parameters to tune.
